This is my second move with Aviv and I am just as happy as the first time they moved me. They were super easy to connect with and Yaniv and Avi were very accommodating. Even when I wanted to add an additional pick up the night before the move. The three guys were the BEST! They were quick, efficient and oh so nice! They were easily the most inexpensive movers of the 9 or 10 I queried. As a result, I didn't look for perfection. We used them twice and the first time they left some pretty good gashes in the wood with the piano on the first move. They sent one too few movers. The second time they did much better. They were eager to please and were really careful when they picked things up and set them down. A 10 hour move and they were steady, hard workers. Very compliant, listened well, asked a lot of questions and willing to do things like set up furniture. When they packed something with parts they would tape them together and put the screws and nuts into a bag and tape them on. Just very thorough. So glad we didn't go with a more expensive mover. They were fair with material charges and didn't try to nickle and dime us. Two Negatives: This was a COVID move and one of the movers didn't have his nose covered the whole time. I wish they were more upfront about needing to go out for lunch. I expected to pay about 75 dollars for lunch but that wasn't discussed in the quote. And I didn't like paying for them to actually go get the lunch. I just think all of that should be arranged ahead of time. I would've happily gone and provided their food of choice. An easy 5 stars.”

I made a moving reservation and called 2 weeks prior and 1 week prior to confirm all the details. On the day of, they did not show up. Once I finally got a hold of Aviv Movers, they kept on stringing me along until their office closed. By this point it was hours after my reserved moving window. Four hours after my moving window, the truck driver called to say he was on the way. (I ended up telling him not to come, as I had managed to figure out alternate arrangements by then.) Cannot recommend this moving company after experiencing their unprofessionalism.”

Minus -5 stars! Every day we are finding broken items. These are just the facts. We had them store our furniture for approx 16 days and then deliver. We were promised they would show up between 8am and 10am (email confirmation). They didn't show up until 2:30pm. They did not call me to say they would be late. I had to call them for a delivery update TWICE. SO MANY ITEMS DAMAGED. ITEMS MISSING and NOT DELIVERED AND THEY CAN'T FIND THEM. I bought additional insurance. The claim will be in the HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS!! The process is to file a claim thru some 3rd party agency which could take up to 4 months to resolve. You can't email the claim. You have to take pictures and have them developed and get TWO REPAIR QUOTES to get the items repaired. We've moved several times in the past 5 years. This was the WORST experience by far. Will not use them again nor can I recommend them.”
