The two guys who dropped off my items were very nice and hardworking. Management or owner Derrick missed to meet deadlines 4 different times. I was 4 days into the new job before my stuff arrived when they should have been delivered over a week prior to starting new job. Had to book an Airbnb for the delayed days, and purchase new clothes for the job — ended up spending $1,000 extra as I was waiting on my items in booking a room, food and professional clothing for work. I moved 3 times and this is the worse company I have dealt with for moving. Please find another company to avoid having additional stress to your move.”

I spoke with Derek Pierce 3X in reference to a local move (1.5 miles away). He assured me that the move would take place and gave me a quote for services on 5/13/20. He tried to put me at rest in stating that he was "licensed and had backing from many sources." He took my credit card information and all information regarding where I was moving from and to along with a flat rate of $280.00. I assumed that we were all set. Six days before my move 6/19/20, I called to confirm and was told that they are not doing local moves and he had NO information regarding my move. What a disaster! He did apologize and asked me to send him an email of confirmation (which I never received and he did not emphasize as part of the process). I had to send him a screen shot of by bank activity. The fact that he had NO information about me, but was quick to take my money absolutely floors me! I do not and will not recommend this company to friends and/or family.... I agree... RUN, RUN, as FAST as YOU CAN... AWAY from ApartmentMoversPlus! I am now trying to find someone to move me in 6 days, so no apology is feasible... just give me my money, and "Go back to sleep, Derek Pierce!"”

The pick up was awesome. Steve was great. It took forever to get our stuff, which wasn't completely their fault, most of that was cross country. When they dropped off our stuff they never assembled the furniture and they were looking at my wife like they were trying to pick her up. It was different people that dropped off our stuff. Steve was not there. Steve was great, but the others movers were not.”
