I usually don't write reviews because my expectations are very high... but Angels Moving Team truly deserves all 5 stars I was extremely surprised by their professionalism. I have called them last minute to help me move my 2 bedroom condo from Simi Valley to Valencia and Gustavo and Mauricio came to my rescue... They arrived early and well prepared with a fully equipped truck. They disassembled my beds and protected all my furniture with plastic wrap and blankets. They were amazing working together with so much care and super fast. I want to recommend them to everybody. From start to finish, this team was amazing. From booking and details to the actual move, I couldn't say enough good things about this company. Gustavo and Vincent were my moving team and they were lifesavers. I've never seen people work so hard and so fast, all the while so courteous. Gustavo was amazing with spacial relations and knowing how to pack for maximum space, and was crucial with getting what I needed into storage unit. They could not have been worse. The job was to move the refrigerator in the garage into the house and the one in the house to a new location. took almost 2 hours to move one out and one in. They had no idea how do remove the doors and did not want to look at the instructions. They damaged doorways and walls and baseboards. dripped water across the carpet. At the new location they broke a light fixture and but a major scratch in the door jam. No matter how hard they pushed a 33 inch wide fridge would not go through a 32 inch door way. I would never ever use these guys.”

My team came and completed the job. They were early, respectful and did the work in the amount of time expected. I had a few concerns, one was the price quoted per hour was different from when they showed up. It was solved with one simple phone call to Eva, but why the difference. My other concern was that even though they took the time to wrap and protect my furniture, they did damage some of the legs with chips and marks on them.”

I must be nuts but here I go again! 3 moves in 15 months I don't need a moving company I need a psychologist. I used these guys all three times. But this one was the mother load. From NOHO to a high rise in dtla 13 hours and the boys were still laughing and alive. I wasn't but thank goodness they were. Dont take this wrong but if all goes well, I don't want to see you for at least 24 months ok.....grin Seriously thank you all so much you are all pro's all the way.”

These guys were really great to work with. Hard working and friendly at a great price. I guess my only issue would be that after moving my things weren't reassembled properly. My chest of drawers are all out of line and off the tracks. My bed is wobbly now and I have no idea how to fix it and another piece to my entertainment center is on the floor and I have no idea where it goes. Luckily I was replacing my bed anyway so turned out to be not such a big deal in this case.”

It really kills me to give these guys 2 stars, but I have to be honest--they were expensive, slow, complained about moving in the heat, and even broke my favorite lamp (which they did not disclose to me--hid it in a laundry basket). I know they were slow, because we had hired another moving company 5 days before who had to move us into a storage locker--from Orange County to Woodland HIlls. These guys only had to move us from the storage locker to our new home (2 miles away) and it took them 3 1/2 hours to move our stuff from the storage to the garage of the residence. It took the other movers half the time (I tried to book them again, and they were not available--see my other reviews for their info). I will never use these guys again, and wish we had supervised them…”

I am one of the unfortunate ones. I read reviews and had high hopes. I am convinced these reviews are fake including the one from Gustavo...Eva comes off extremely pleasant but her right hand man Gustavo is a joke. I feel bad for the duo. Moving is extremely stressful especially when you are single female with no help around. I heavily relied on the 4 man crew. For one if you have anything expensive and of good quality, it is guaranteed they will damage it. They are ill prepared, no moving blankets and their idea of "protecting" your furniture is with stretch wrap. "Huh"? I have severe scratches on most of my furniture. The pictures on their site is NOT a representation of their work. They are also unprofessional. Gustavo was off in the corner while his other men worked texting on the phone. I overheard him saying he wanted to have dinner with some girl etc...poor guy. Anyway, I am the most laid back individual and view material things as replaceable but it is a huge disappointment. Please stay clear. If you have ikea type furniture that is light weight...you will be fine. In addition they disassembled items lost screws and bolts and refused to reassemble after they promised they would correct their mistake. Good luck with your move!”

I'm so sad I have to reduce this rating! I booked Friday evening and Saturday Morning. 3 guys each day, offered and requested large moving boxes. 1st night -2 guys that were exhausted. I was not happy! I had hoped to achieve slot more Friday night and finish up Saturday morning. Saturday morning hot 2 new guys plus Gustavo. Couldn't pack the trailer the way I requested and measured! Had to tell them every move to make. My main complaint- they were not as awesome as they were moving in, but of course that is easier than moving out and I wasn't totally prepared to be honest! I didn't get the boxes I requested to finish packing they used them to crate furniture! The good news nothing broken so far! Mauricio was awesome and Gustavo and Raphael, I just needed them to be three 1st night and ready to work! I trust these guys they work hard! Could have been better.”

Even though I had a ton of stuff, they were able to play Tetris with all the boxes and odd shaped things and fit everything perfectly. They helped moved stuff into my car as well that were more fragile. Once they unloaded all my stuff, they even offered to help build a bed frame that I had just bought. They were professional and kept in constant contact with me on the drive up to update me on their eta. I would definitely recommend their services, especially if you're making a long distance move!”
