You get what you pay for!! These guys might do a good work for a small job like apartment moves but moving a house is not their cup of tea. I made a terrible mistake by hiring them for a house move. We had a lot of stuff and the owner came and looked at every single drawer and shelve to provide a quote. The quote they provided was affordable as compared to what I was getting from other movers so obviously I went with them. However, the damage that they made cost me more than what I saved. I so wish I had went with the non affordable ones, at least my furniture would have been saved. Even after looking at our stuff, owner sent just 1 medium sized truck and they stuffed it so badly and even then a lot of stuff they had to leave behind because it couldn't fit in the truck, which later I had to move by myself in 10 more trips to my old house. The furniture that they stuffed in their medium sized truck caused so much of a damage. The crew was energetic initially and then towards the end they just wanted to get over with the move and were so tired and careless. They were dropping our stuff and breaking it, again causing damage. We asked them to take a break but they kept going probably because owner said they have to finish the job in 6 hours or something. MOST IMPORTANTLY- THEY LIED... when we moved to our new place, they just wanted to move the boxes and furniture and not re-assemble it. We had to get in touch with the owner to remind him that the assembly is also included. So the crew was already tired and got more frustrated that now we have to do the assembly as well, they assembled our furniture in wrong way in frustration, even the crib, causing more damage. There are lots of things that we couldn't even find after so many months of our move which makes me wonder they stole it. They did our packing as well a day prior to our move. They packed everything except our bathrooms and said that we will pack bathrooms tomorrow when we will be back for your move. However, the next day a different set of crew members came and said we thought the packing is done so we have no packing supplies. So now, they just dumped everything that we had in our bathroom in the boxes that we had in our garage from amazon deliveries. They were highly unprofessional, the move was so frustrating... I would not recommend them!! I made the mistake of choosing them to save some money in move but trust me I lost more than what I saved which is why I had to write this review.”

Moving location from Tukwila to Renton, 5.7 Miles. 3 of them took 10+hours to to move furniture from 2 bed room condo. All they had to do is just wrap the furniture, as all other things were already packed. The exact same set of items I moved in 2017 from Bellevue to Tukwila at 1/3rd of a cost and time without any damage. The only additional thing they did was unhook the Washer and Dryers and moved them along. Also they charged extra for mounting the TV, and wrapping the mattress. They did not even move the items those were not packed, also did not agree to move the mirror because it might break. I was not at my condo to supervise. Since they arrive at my new house, I saw one of them was always on the phone, somehow dumping stuffs without bothering which item would go where. You can't even talk to him, because he is always busy with his phone. Bets of luck to those whoever hiring them in the future. Extremely horrible experience They wrapped a $20 office storage so well to protect it from scratching that they could not even unwrap it. 🙂 I am still moving my stuffs from my condo to my new place.”

Lupe, Chris, & Nathan came on a Sunday after a very busy moving weekend and moved all our belongings from our home as well as from a storage unit. He came to look at our house the same day that I called. Knowing that this was a local and family business is what really drew me to them. They are more than fairly priced as well. Will, Mejenta, Jose and Joey loaded up our entire house and a storage unit in just under 7 hours. They worked hard, expedicially and with care. Three days later they drove the truck down to Northern California. Will and Joey waited patiently while we waited to move into our new home. There was an unexpected delay so I needed to get a storage unit. Will and Joey again worked hard to unload the truck into our storage unit. Communication between Camano as well as Will was great too. I would highly recommend this group for any type of move you may have. They have a whole lot of Pride in what they do.”

I contracted them to move several very heavy items to different rooms in my 3-story rowhome, including a new dining table that needed to be brought up from the garage and assembled. They took care of putting the legs on and turning it upright, then took all the packaging waste with them. It's important to note they did this all after finishing another (full) move today. What an awesome looking company! I can’t say enough. We were moving from California to Washington and halfway up on the drive, our previous movers canceled on us. They were supposed to be meeting us in Washington to unload a 26 foot truck all of the sudden we had no one to help and a ton of stuff to unload. I called America M Movers and they were responsive almost immediately. They said they see what they could do to alter their schedule in order to help us out. They called us back within an hour and were able to put us on the schedule for the following day. They were waiting for us when we arrived at our new house and unloaded the entire truck in two hours!! All of the guys were super nice and helpful. Willing to do whatever we needed to do, rearranged things and even worked late to get it done! We were able to actually sleep at the property on the first night which was amazing! Easy to book and communicate. We rented a 20ft truck and hired this team to load our things for a cross country move. The move took longer than initially expected, but the team was diligent in finishing our move as quickly as possible. Pricing was fair and with no hidden fees. There were a few loose items that were moved during the packing process without our knowledge and a few scuffs on the staircase from the furniture. The guys were helpful in recommending equipment we had forgotten in prepping our truck to secure our move. All in all, they did a good job and I would recommend in the future!”

The worst moving experience. They arrived 4 hours later than the decided time. When I mentioned my moving requirements; I was suggested 3 movers. None of them were experienced. One person did not even know how to apply packing tape on the boxes. We ended up doing half the packing. They increased the number of hours of their work by going and bringing the packing material ; resulting in me having to pay more for the time spent +75$ for transportation. The transportation charge ($75) wasn't mentioned in the initial quote. When you are in the moving and packing business, you are supposed to ask customers all the questions including the packing materials required and what needs to be done. They are clearly new to this business and are far from calling themselves experts”
