James was the only guy who was completely honest with me while I was shopping around and even told me what to look out for so that I wouldn't get swindled down the road so a few months later I decided to go with his company. He gave me a flat sum for the move and his guys picked everything up from Iowa and brought it to me in LA and into my new home. I used this company twice to move- the first time (May 2018) they were great. The second time, they were late to start and late to our new house by 30 minutes, they left scratches into the drywall (not surface scratches) and doors. They forgot things at our old house that James had to come pick up. They were careless with our furniture and clearly did not use a big enough trailer for the level of things we had, which led to over packing and damage of our things. He quoted me a price then charged more, which I had no choice but to pay because they'd already completed the move. I called to complain and was told we would be taken care of. Then I never heard back. That was November 2019. I would not recommend this company!”
