Our initial contact with them was all good.Had some furniture moved from our New Jersey home September 2017 to another's site within New Jersey without any problems.After this however it as all been downhill. We choose to pay for storage with them until our move to Florida in April 2018. Our agreed upon rate for storage was not honored,they subcontract out to another vendor and at the day of arrival 80% of the boxes were crushed with over 20 items broken and several items were never even delivered! When we called to report our concerns they stated that they would get back to us, still waiting.Really? Callled the main number to get the insurance claim information ourselves. I am really disappointed with this company. If you pay for a service you except a quality product in return. My suggestion do not use them for interstate moves. The need to change their name from All Direction Moving to Wrong Direction Moving.”

Today, an unbelievable thing happened, a new homeowner was moving in and her movers decided the rest of her boxes would not fit so they dumped them curbside and left. She was fortunate enough to connect with All Direction Moving in Eatontown who came to her rescue today. Alfredo and another young man reorganized the piles of boxes in her unit and moved the remaining 35-40 boxes from outside into her home. Never never never use this company unless: you want everything you own destroyed chipped crack scratched or otherwise damaged. This does not include the rooms of items they leave behind at the old site. Or when they’re running out of time on their estimate a huge heap of boxes thrown in a pile anywhere they can find irregardless of what fragile or should not be stacked. You’ll find bedroom items in the garage you’ll find it least a room full of items back at the old place… Every single piece of my furniture had some form damage. And worst of all they refuse any accountability I called their company five times to report the damage to at leastLeast try to recover the minimum insurance and $.60 per pound and could not get anyone to respond. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with”
