Two reasons I didn't give them a 5. 1. The third guy had no sense of urgency and was picking up small boxes I had packed and could move myself. I asked him twice to move bigger, heavier items and furniture. 2. My road bike came out of the move with paint scrapes, a few small chunks of wood were taken out of my bedroom furniture, and my office chair was scraped up. While they didn't damage my new home or the apartment I moved out of, my belongings were not as safe and secure on the truck and during unloading as I was promised. Overall: Dwayne helped me in a pinch when my other moving arrangements fell through, which I'm grateful for, but I'd use a different company next time. Third guy was useless, and I was assured my belongings would be handled with utmost care and that just didn't happen. For spending over $500 on movers I expected more.”

WARNING !!!! Our move was canceled with 2 hours notice with a request to reschedule to the next day! I remained stunned by this experience! I received a phone call at 11am, ( the move was scheduled for 1pm), I was told that they had a problem with their truck and that they could offer us service for the following day (Sunday) which was not an option for us. The house lease ended Saturday and we had to vacate the property or incur an additional weeks rent. In addition to that we were flying out on the red eye at 11:59pm PLEASE Do not be impressed with the quick response you may get from contacting Dwayne, and DO NOT seek to give this small business your support. I was not offered an option that they could arrange a replacement truck, even if it had been a UHAUL and asked if a later arrival would be acceptable. My daughter and I had to pack up her car and make 8 trips to her new home, leave furniture outside (with the help of the cleaning crew that we had hired) and eventually borrow a friends truck to move a couch a bed and a recliner chair, very vicariously through the city. the small "simple move" became an exhausting, scary and very stressful 7 hour ordeal. Had we not been organized and helped with the furniture we would have had to incur additional cost to change our flight. I am grateful that my daughter and I are fit and were capable of working so hard for the whole day, if you are not prepared to move yourself , I recommend you go to a different company!”

NOT Professional! We moved within in the Denver metro area and A Simple Move was recommended by one of our neighbors so we gave them a try. They took 5+ x hours longer than they quoted, their super old truck broke down on the way to our move, they caused $1000's of dollars of damage to our furniture and they put well marked boxes in the wrong rooms (i.e. Master Bedroom ended up in the basement and garage boxes were in the Master bedroom!) When we called to complain and figure out a resolution and they NEVER returned our calls. This place should be out of business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A SIMPLE MOVE!”

We have a couple very large and heavy specialty pieces, and the Simple Move crew has navigated them up and down tight staircases multiple times without a single bump on the wall. I can't say enough about the guys with Simple Move!!! My 85 yr old mother was moving and found out about Dwayne and his company through recommendations. They arrived on time and were professional and so efficient my mom and I could not believe it. Dwayne and his three other guys ,TK,Marcus and Auto were so nice and patient with my mom and all the heavy things she had to be moved ,it wasn't the easiest ,nicest cleanest move ever but they never wavered.
