I have a rather unique and difficult request, which I understand. Need to move a renter out of my basement. The man who returned my call was rude, cut me off to say sarcastic comments about how unrealistic my expectation were and then essentially hung up by saying "i'll just have to wish you good luck bud." AGAIN, I completely understand that the request to help move an individual person from a basement room is not normal and he may have a policy of not doing things like that. But the absolute lack of maturity or any amount of class / respect on the phone was pathetic. Not only will I never use this company, I will actually go out of my way to make sure no one I know ever does!”

This was the best thing to ever cross my path upon moving. I was about to give up on hiring help and low and behold when A Good Moving Company truck came upon me and I decided to check it out! Affordable and hired on the spot. They were very flexible with my out of state move date, which had changed a couple of times. They helped me prepare before hand by making me smile with the greatest day before phone call and had an answer for every question I had. Branden and Court were very personable and super hard working. They handled all of my belongings with care and were very respectable toward my girls and I. The movers were high on drugs, they stold a box marked new bathroom items for new bathroom worth over $300.00. They also left in the middle of the move. The owner Cipriano was beligerant and rude. He overcharged when he found out an organization was covering some of the cost for my disabled son. Took advantage of a disabled person. I first commissioned A Good Moving Co. several years ago. Their staff was warm, friendly, and professional. They expertly moved my Amish custom-made, sold oak furniture among other things. I was very pleased with the affordability too. Years passed, then stupidity hit. My own. We needed to move again and I hired another moving company. The worst experience ever! They were angry, rude, and unprofessional AND they damaged my prized Amish entertainment center when they dropped it. I was heartbroken! The repairs made were laughable. Fast forward to spring of 2020, I needed to relocate again and the first thing I did was look up A Good Moving Co. To my relief, they were still in business. I called and Cipriano gave me upfront pricing. It was still affordable and he was willing to reserve a spot for me on his calendar for an August move. I really appreciated knowing I could check this off my to-do list. Fast forward to July/August...Cipriano's staff confirmed arrival a week or two before. On moving day, I received a text giving me a status update and anticipated arrival time. When Jeff and Levi showed up, we reconfirmed pricing (10% discount for cash payments), my budget, and the items to be moved. Both men were exceptional to work with. I cannot say enough about how hard they both worked to expertly and efficiently move my household. They took great care with my things as they hauled them down flights of stairs, around corners, and through doorways. I was a bit shell shocked when the bill arrived because these men managed to move me a full two hours less than what was anticipated, saving me $300 (not including tip). I couldn't have been more pleased. Cipriano did get one thing wrong...he should've named his company: A Great Moving Co. They're stellar, absolutely, positively stellar. P.S., if you need to move, be sure to specifically ask for Jeff and Levi. They're amazing. You won't be disappointed.”
