If every thing went smoothly, I can see how people would give a 5 start. I would do the same, however, mine went wrong and the person who helped me turned not so nice after I paid the money. Long story short that Easy Auto Ship made a mistake on delivery date so when the pick up person shown up,luckily I asked him to confirm the delivery date, he just left without taking my car. then I called Easy Auto Ship to get some help and that's sunday so luckily I was able to get someone to help me to set different pick up and delivery schedule. however, there are two price system, one is fast delivery and one is long delivery. by the time they pick up my car and delivery my car a week has gone by. and I had to rent a car since my car didn't get delivered on time and the customer service would not recognized that they made a mistake and caused customer inconvenience. That's not someone I think I want to do business with. If you can deliver the results, tell your customer. Don't ignore them!”

Like other reviews, I recognize that COVID can create some extenuating circumstances, but I still did not have a fantastic experience. I put my order in a month and a half in advance of when I wanted my car to ship by, and I then proceeded to receive few communications about the status of my car’s shipment. By the time my available date had rolled around, there was no shipper that had picked up my car and I began calling more frequently. I had already mentioned to EAS that I wanted my car to arrive by the 19th of January (the trip being CA —> MA), and I was told that the lines were busy and they’d see what they could do. On the 18th I was told that my car would definitely ship on that day or the next, but my car didn’t end up being shipped until the 21st (two days after my flight to MA), so I had to get someone else to drop off my car with the shipper. The car ended up arriving in MA ten days after I had explicitly told EAS that I wanted it by, and I did receive some compensation for the lateness via a $115 refund. Overall, the service was not bad but I’m not sure I would ship with them again.”

They had one of the best prices for an open transport, but they seemed to have great difficulty getting a driver who could make my delivery window. Lindsay contacted me the next-to-last day of my window to ask if, for $50 more, she could book a transport to get my car to me the next day by the time deadline. Although the transporter was a little late, the transport went very well, with no problems and, best of all, no damage to my car. The transport cost $50 more than originally contracted, but it did eventually get to me mostly on time, and with no damage. I would use Easy Auto Ship, and Lindsay, their broker, again.”

Explained the process and offered me two options to ship my vehicle. These options were enclosed vehicle transport and open carrier trailer. I opted for an open carrier, and she completed a quote in-real-time for me. Her eagerness to serve, learn, follow up with my paperwork and vehicle status gave me confidence. I trusted her judgment. On the same day, she called to let me know that a driver will pick up my vehicle the next day. The transportation driver showed up in Dallas, TX, on the 28th and ready to pick up my vehicle. Since my car had arrived from overseas, I needed one additional document and sent it to Samantha. She accelerated the process, and the driver picked up the vehicle and delivered it to me on January 29th. I am one happy customer. Thank you!”

Do not trust this company! We placed our vehicles with them 5 weeks in advance and was told that the window of pick up was January 11-15. Our representative Omar stated that he would call every week with an update as to the status of the transport. Needless to say I never received one phone call from him or them. Each time we spoke I had to reach out to them and each time they reassured us that our cars would be picked up. We got to January 14 and still no communication. I called again and Omar PROMISED that he would call the next day(the final pickup date) with an update and further options. I am still waiting on that call....
