“ Zooz has all the bells and whistles of a real moving company, but if you are deciding between this company and another one I would go with someone else. As a business owner myself, I wasn't happy with the way my move was handled. I ended up with holes in my walls items of mine were broken and the workers kept wasting time. I was given one estimate before the appointment and a different estimate at the time of appointment and then i was charged $300 over the estimate, no receipt. I tried to call the owner/manager but he didn't remember my move and was not professional on the phone at all.”

“ Zooz was hired to help move recently. We were given an estimate, which was reasonable. They arrived with one more worker than promised, which unexpectedly increased the cost from $99/hr to $139/hr. There weren't a ton of items to be moved, and there were only two light pieces of furniture, so three people were not necessary. The amount of time taken to pack everything up and unload was reasonable, given the care they needed to take for liability reasons. In the end, we paid over twice as much as we expected to. My main issue with this company is how they dealt with a previous negative review left on this page. Any professional needs to know how to handle an upset customer, whether or not they are in the wrong. The owner's response to this negative review was sarcastic and disrespectful (I've included a photo of the response). It's not that hard to de-escalate a situation like this, and he made no attempt to. He then proceeded to delete the review. Do not do business with this company.”
