I have done all of mine previous moves by myself but over the years I have accumulated so much stuff that I thought that hiring movers might be the best solution for me. On the moving day, the crew arrived on time and were ready to work. Initially I booked 2 movers and a truck but ended up getting 3 movers because I realized that it could take too long for 2 men. I went with YMM since Victor was super responsive with emails and returning phone calls. I booked my move with them, and was extremely anxious since this is THE move after a separation with 3 kids (and their stuff). I confirmed with YMM the day before, they showed up on the day on time (early - so awesome), came in to the home and assessed what was leaving vs. staying. I did my part by packing boxes (getting them onto the lawn), disassembling the kids' bunk beds, and moving things around to make it accessible (i.e. this stack near the door is what is leaving). YMM came in, rocked it, and got the truck loaded in 45 min! We drove to the condo/apt and they took a look of the layout (loading dock to unit) and elevator situation, then continued to hustle and move with efficiency. This job was done with extreme professionality and they were each very polite saying thank you often.
