“ DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Not only will they destroy your possessions but then Dan will agree to reimburse you for some of the damage and never send payment! So once again my review will be posted. We used Dan to pack all of our belongings into a semi trailer for an out of state move in august of 2020. We tried to watch them as much as possible but had other things to take care of so we put our faith in them to pack everything correctly. When they were done packing we were surprised to find that the two boxes of moving blankets we provided to them weren’t even touched. When the time came to unpack the trailer it was absolute chaos the way things were arranged. Item after item had to be thrown away. Our dresser was packed upside down with heavy objects tossed on top of the drawers which made them break, a custom framed portrait was smashed in between heavy objects breaking the glass, patio furniture stacked on our couches digging holes into them, fragile boxes beneath heavy boxes breaking multiple items, our couches laid on the dirty wood of the trailer with no protection and the list goes on. Our movers unloading were literally apologizing as they showed me broken item after broken item. They said it was the worst packing job they’ve ever seen. Now onto the aftermath of trying to make this right: the next day I attempted to call Dan and had to leave a message followed by a text a couple of days after that. We never received a reply so we left a review on google. We were contacted by you move me corporate, told them the story and they said they would get into contact with Dan. It took about 2-3 months before anyone got back to us and said that they would only give us .60 cents per pound of damaged goods as per our contract! We never signed a contract!! After learning this I told the customer rep that we would settle for them to only replace our couch since it was a brand new Ashley couch in which Dan agreed if we would remove our photos and review and sign a contract. To this we agreed and signed the contract on Dec 30 2020 almost 6 months from our first contact! Dan never sent us back his signing of the contract and wouldn’t respond that he received it until Jan 18 2021. Since then we have heard NOTHING from Dan after multiple attempts to check on the status of the reimbursement. At the beginning of March we once again contacted you move me to try and contact Dan before we move forward with legal action but they seemed to give us the “he’s a franchisee so we will see what we can do”. So, Dan, if you can read this I’ll fulfill my part of the contract when you fulfill yours. In the meantime I will be going forward with contacting a lawyer.”

“ I don’t even know where to begin! Our experience was AMAZING! We moved from Phoenix to Prescott Valley and couldn’t have asked for better crew. The professionalism was apparent from the very first contact. The day before our move there were some unforeseen circumstances and Dan was able to accommodate them quickly and relieve much stress and split our move into two days. The first day Dan, Miles, and Matthew were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. They brought roll out carpets, took their time wrapping and all the furniture and were careful while moving everything. However the second day is when I realized how lucky we really were to have them helping on our move as Dan and Miles had to load another load and bring it to Prescott Valley then to our storage unit in the middle of a SNOW STORM. Not once did they seem frustrated or inconvenienced. They helped me with locking up the facility and moving my car so me and my two young children could park in a less “snowy” area where I felt more safe. “ All I can say is YIKES. I wish I would have gotten to write a great review like most people have on here, but sadly I didn’t get the chance. My experience started out with Dan coming out for an estimate. He was very pleasant and professional and said that he would send my estimate via email in a couple of hours. The estimate never showed, so that evening I text Dan to let him know I never received it but we would like to move forward and use them to help us with our move. He never responded which was understandable given it was likely after hours, so I gave it until the next day and still never got a response so I finally called the office. The woman I spoke with told me she would send the estimate to my email which she did do, but I still had to follow up to pay the deposit because the form was never sent to me. Then, 5 days before my move, I got a voicemail stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, my move was cancelled. 5 DAYS before my scheduled move putting my family of 5 in an awful situation forcing us to now scramble to find another moving company with only 5 days notice. So disappointed to say the least.”
