“ Pros: 1. No brokerage happened. I had a lot of dishes. None of them is broken or damaged. I got the switch of the floor lamp broken. I think it is a matter of packaging. 2. The employees were hard workers. It will shorten the hourly charge. Cons: 1. It took a long time to get the paid invoice. I had to wait almost a month after calling and texting more than 5 times. 2. It was kind of hard to hold the owner to get confirmation for the moving day and to ask questions. 3. They were not on time. No call notice. It was 20 minutes late for move-out and 30 minutes late for move-in. For moving day, it should not happen. They were also being paid between move-out and move-in due to my circumstance. 4. Not the expert for the piano. I would hire this company again, but I do not want to have those cons again.”
