“It's a shame that it came to this, but every circumstance has to have a result. I worked for this company for over 8-9 months. First, let me just say that almost everyone that works there either gets high or drinks.....even while on the job may I add. When I first started, all was well in the beginning. I think that maybe he was trying to get a feel for me or something, thinking maybe he could size me up to figure out if he was the"yes" man he was looking for......but I wasn't! As a driver/mover the first thing I was to do was go over the contract with the customer and make sure they signed a piece of paper stating that we received the down payment they sent us and that it would be deducted from the final price. We were doing that because not only is it the professional thing to do but because a lot of our customers would forget about it. Well, God forgive me, but this low down, underhanded, snake in the grass for a boss, I won't mention any names, LEO!!!, started having me go over the contract BUT, to not mention the deposit, and if they forget then they forget, we'll just charge them the final price without deducting the deposit, it'll be their fault for forgetting. But I was uncomfortable with that and I refused to go along..... that was strike one in me. Then there's the issue that I hurt myself on the job and needed surgery to repair the damage. After days off convincing Leo that I need time off for the surgery and healing time, he agreed. I went into surgery and all was fine, but the doctor TOLD me to stay OFF my feet for at least 2 weeks, so I told this to Leo the very same day and everything was understood, at least I thought it was.....2 days later, this inconsiderate human being called my phone and wouldn't let up until I submitted and agreed to go on a job that he set up. He tells me the reason for this is because he can't trust no one else to do it, but the real reason behind it was ill. He booked the job, which later would become JOBS, plural meaning more, he booked THIS particular job with just an understanding between him and the customer. The understanding was a set price for an estimated time of labor, materials, etc, paid in cash and if the books. Something didn't seem right at first, especially after he said to just, "keep it between us" but I thought that maybe it was a dear friend or something. The moment I KNEW it was fishy was when I brought the money to him. There was over 500.00 dollars cash for the job. I think it was a 4hr job. Anyway, he gives me like $70 for me and $60 for the individual working with me, then he pocketed the rest!!! Didn't share it with his so-called partner or nothing. I remember her almost had a heart attack when I was giving him the money in his office because he didn't feel comfortable and wanted the exchange to be done outside, near my car preferably. Long story short after the 2nd time of doing this, I started giving excuses of why I couldn' t work for jobs of that nature. He was looking for a yes man and he quickly found out that I wasn't him. Mind u, I never truly healed from my surgery because this asshole made me work when I should have been healing. Till this day I have complications because of his decision for me to work instead of rest. This man, who at one point, I thought was my friend, dealt dishonestly not only with most customers, his so-called partner who supposed to know about every job that they get, but was taken for a ride right along with those customers.... but this man also crossed me and found the perfect opportunity that came up and used it to get me fired. He lied to his partner, the customers and to myself, right IN MY FACE!! The Bible teaches that we all reap what we sow, it's why I'm not perfect, far from it in fact, but God knows my heart and he knows your heart too Leo.....I did right by you and still ....... you left me out in the cold. So if you hard working people of Las Vegas are proud of the income you make and want to be dealt with honestly with integrity when spending it, then I suggest you STAY AWAY from we move Las Vegas because they'll move you all right....... First grade prices for second hand, even third grade work. It's unfortunate but it's true, so my next step in resolving this unfair treatment handed to me is to go down to the board of labor and report the dealings that really go on with this"company" and maybe they can help we move Las Vegas to "reap all the shady things they have sown.”
“This company is fraud. Moved 9/29/19. Manipulates customers. Started with they would arrive 9am, then he calls at 830am,says 1030am. No arrival at 1030, you call at 1130am, they tell you just left. Another hour, now 1230pm, no show. 1pm, no show...you call again, they say....oh had to get gas. Finally arrive 130pm. Start loading, never seen movers pack a truck like this. Terrible! Cause they were 4 hrs late, We got charged $106 an hr for 8 hrs a& $196 for 4 hrs cause it was after their normal quitting time & we had to pay time & a half. Well at most there would have been 1hr O/T if they had arrived on time. They spent 1.5 hrs back & forth on the phone to the "BOSS" arguing! I got to pay for that too. They drove wrong way on purpose 4 miles (so come back that is now 8 miles total), went 35mph in a 45mph zone as my husband followed behind them. We paid for that time too. 1.5 hrs for lunch they took. Then they come back tired cause they just ate some restaurant w/the drivers wife. So then they charge me for one hour packing/wrapping. WHAT? No one spoke about packing/wrapping when we ordered the truck and we didn't ask for packing/wrapping. Any packing/wrapping the workers did at their choice. Never had a company chg a rate for putting tv or glass in a blanket. Wasnt requested. Funny part is they wrapped what they thought needed wrapping but they scratched and banged up our two end tables and coffee table. A shelving unit and a $300, nightstand, this night stand has chips of wood missing out of a drawer and front top trim, corner is all gouged and scratched (all not wrapped). Our other bedroom has a small night stand & they dented and cracked the top corner. They say, you are covered by insurance, no worries, no worries, someone insurance calls in 7-10 days & repair it or replace. Then to finish the night, they said its to hard to carry the 2 adjustable bed frames up the stairs, they are to heavy. Amazing, 3 days after, my husband who is 79 and I 62, carried it up, nice and slow. Both mechanical frames, no damages. Because my stairs are a split staircase they said they would damage the walls, good movers, so much for strong men. After almost 2 hours of arguing, I got him to agree to charge us straight time for 12 hours, which should of only been 10 hours cause they took 1.5 hrs for lunch and an hour travel time that the driver told us we don't pay for. And drop the $135 packing fee. I personally can not/do not find this company reputable, honest or trust worthy. They lack serious professionalism. It is now 11/2019 & a few weeks ago (not 7-10 days) calls & tell us that the contract says only 60 cents per # per item. but they will round it up to $200. Really? You make me suffer through this whole move. Then you make me wait to get this info. Well the funny part is (not so funny) we have about 4 of their wrapping blankets here..why? Cause the movers deliberately left the blankets on my desk and glass top to my dinningroom set. When we removed the blankets from the desk, we now knew why. They wrapped them cause they had already broke the top of my desk off of base, chipped the side of hutch, scratched the return part of desk. We havent unpacked the dinningroom table cause we are not sure it will fit in the dinningroom, its 8 seat table & until I can get 2 men to put the glass top on pedestal of the table (cause I can't lift it that high, it is a bar top height table) I have no idea what the glass looks like. It is probably fine but I have no idea. SO NOW, they offer $300.00, I say no. But this mgr guy begs you to listen to him. So you listen, then when it is your turn to answer he puts phone down on desk, when he hears you not taking anymore, he picks it back up and starts talking again over you so I hang up. All he keeps tell you is he gave us deal by not charging for wrapping & no O/T. That these guys were bad, we fired them. So they were bad & I get the dirty end of the stick with damages. Give me their pay checks, not them. Tells my husband, you to talk to the owner. Owner calls when I wasn't home, tells my husband, I want to talk to wife, I know how to negotiate. I call a few days later to talk to owner, mngr jerk....tells me owners on vacation, Italy for 2 wks, you have to wait. REALLY? Nice, he rips off enough people to take 2 wk Italy Vacation & I have damaged furniture. I told him Im going to leave all the reviews I possibly can & call the news stations to see if they can help me. SAVE THE HEADACHE, these are real bad movers....there are good ones out there. AND READ THE CONTRACTS PLEASE. We may have to move again because of house damage issues...we won't be hiring them, even if for free. 26 yrs here and have moved a few times and never had this happen ever.”
“I would never recommend using this company. They take all day to move your stuff (keep in mind they charge over $130 per hour) even though they tell you they gave 3 guys and it will be quick that is a lie. I ended up paying 3 times as much as the estimate on top of them damaging my furniture. So many were scratched, dented and cracked. And it's a hassle to even file a claim as they don't even give you correct paperwork.”
“I am a real client of this moving company! Do not use, do not use. You will regret it. They say they are insured but they damage so much. And wanted to give me 100 dollars. 69 cent per pound or something like that. Its not thev weight of what they damage its so other calculations used. They did over a 1000 dollars in damage. Not including a deep scratch they put in wood floor. Damage banisters moving out and moving in. Mattress was black from being dragged instead of carried. Leather couch rubbed to raw leather. Surround sound speakers busted on side. And a few more things damage. 11hrs and No appliances, all couches except 1 sold. 2 beds ect. Then at the end charged me overtime. What company you know, charges the consumer overtime for there slow employees. Don't use them many other options.”
“Fraud Fraud Fraud! Totally agree with previous 1 star reviewer: Dishonest, out of shape smokers, complainers non stop, filthy dirty truck and dollies, ALL MY FURNITURE IS DESTROYED OR BADLY DAMAGED! please see the images. They charged me almost $900 for what should be 3-4 hours work but it took them 9. I had MINIMUM furniture and friends helpers. They also were driving wrong directions. It was a nightmare! I'm so exhausted after the worst move in of my life! Please read the copy of the email I wrote with all the details and see the I images of my destroyed pieces. One bedroom set was brand new. I will report them to every institution of Nevada businesses. After losing $500 elevator deposit and $2,250 security deposit because they damaged entrance door and more in my loft, they cost me over $7,000 in loss. Stay away from them. Here is more detail: Leo, Please see the attached images of all damage done to my property and Loft 5 Security guard images attached of the mess your company, We Move Las Vegas, has done on 1/31/2020. No care was taken to wrap, protect or pad my belongings. Please claim your insurance since my first bedroom set and Design Within Reach small couch are damaged beyond repair. 2nd small bedroom set was carefully loaded in 10 minutes by it's owner to the track at 2nd stop location and was in brand new condition, as you see in the images, most of front face of it now damaged as well. P.S. your employees declined putting it together in my new penthouse. DWR Design Within Reach designer couch is damaged beyond repair and will need to be replaced. Your truck is very dirty, your employees did not use gloves, your dollies are filthy, the couch became stained through handling/in transit and can not be cleaned. As you see original invoice attached, It was $2,000 before tax. It was in brand new condition since it was located in my house office which I barely used for work, as I have other office at my business. The couch is small as you see in the images. Both king size mattresses with no spring boxes were in like-new, white condition. After being in contact with your movers and your filthy truck I will need to replace them, both. I was able to somewhat clean sectional sofa made of 3 separate small pieces but the stainless steel platform was not protected and somehow became all scratched. 1 (one) Art work by Jo Berghammer "Keith Richards" ($18,500) and other 2 (two) pieces of art work by Corrina Holthusen "Reflections" ($7,950 and $4,000) were loaded by myself and my assistant's husband Marc Cottengim to the truck at my business location, placed on your blankets and secured to the truck wall. However, when your employees unloaded it, the edges of those very delicate aludibond surface were damaged and bent. Full list of property moved by your company: 1. One king size bedroom set with a mattress no spring box, includes one dresser and a mirror, 2 side tables and a bed. (destroyed) 2. One king size light weight small bedroom set at 2nd location includes 1 bed, 1 matters no spring box, 2 small side tables, 1 small dresser, 1 small chest. (badly damaged) 3. One small Design Within Reach designer couch (destroyed) 4. One 3 section low seating sofa (damaged) 5. One small coffee table no glass (scratched) 6. Two outside patio long chairs. 7. One small leather office chair. 8. Seven zip up garment bags with clothing zipped inside on hangers. 9. One tool box. 10. Two designer floor lamps (one is damaged). 11. One Design Within Reach large flat mirror. 12. Three art pieces described above. (damaged) 13. One light wireless vacuum 14. Seven moving boxes total. 15. Pet medium dog crate. All the rest of my property were delivered by my three friends-helpers in private Honda Minivan, Toyota Carola and my BMW, including all my kitchen wear, cushions, clothing, rags, mats, small art work, bathroom stuff, books, documents and private collection of jewelry. All above was loaded and unloaded by my friends with no help from your employees. I, myself (a 50 year-old woman), was compelled to help with lifting every piece of furniture with your employees including the heaviest piece, since your employees complained about EVERYTHING non-stop and took smoke breaks every 15 minutes. They left cigarette butts on the ground both by my house and at Loft 5 unloading spot, plus all of the bottles, cups, sandwich wraps etc consumed during their frequent breaks. I picked up 5 cigarette butts myself, and asked them to stop doing it but they completely disregarded my requests. I received a warning from the management at my new residence about the trash We Move Las Vegas left, and your company is on a block list to refuse entry on properties PERIOD. Please see the attached e-mail from security guard with images of trash and also they have it on camera, since this property is highly secured with video surveillance covered every inch.”
“This is by far the worst moving company in Vegas. Not only did the damage our staircase rail ceiling and wall in our new home . They left the door wide open for hours at our old home after leaving behind us . They were supposed to return the next day to finish the job we paid extra hours for and they didn't show back up. They actually blocked my husbands phone number so we could t contact them. We are left now having to repair our stair railing and ceiling 600 dollars . I absolutely do not recommend this company at all”
“I used We Move Las Vegas to move some of my things into storage. They were quick to arrive, took excellent care with my belongings, and were kind as well as professional. When I move into a bigger home, I will use their service again.”
“We Move Las Vegas provided me a wonderful moving experience. . I've moved on my own before and it was nothing but stressful. Using We Move this time, everything was so much easier due to them answering all of my initial questions, to the move itself being seamless. I highly recommend using them for your move!”
“Some of the most polite people I've met. They also were extremely careful with my belongings and put everything where I wanted it, not even one of seemed unhappy to hear me point here and point there. I'm glad I went with them to move.”

“From when We Move Las Vegas arrived to when they packed up everything and went back to the depot, it was all smiles, laughs and a good time filled with anecdotes while they worked on my move. They didn’t even take a lunch; I genuinely think they had a good time and enjoyed my company. It’s nice to feel comfortable with someone while they’re in your house almost all day. These guys seemed trained in customer service. I’ve hired help before, and the moving team always had seemed.. like automatons almost programmed only to move furniture with no language skills installed. They do come off like a large company, which is great, but I hope this, moving team with personality business model they came up with pans out and becomes a standard. EVERY COMPANY SHOULD DO THIS. There were some nicks and scratches on some of my items, but since they felt like truly good and friendly people, it was like if my sister bumped something while moving my desk, and not it’s like I would make her pay for it and be upset. I WAS INSURED WITH THEM; I didn’t even file a claim to be completely honest (I should.. why not?). I really enjoyed my time working with the foreman too (Adam?). He did all he could to speed up my move, even though I was being charged by the hour, a rare show of empathy in the business world. I strongly recommend using these guys if you move in town. I even got a call by the owner after the move thanking me for choosing his company. Awesome! Totally awesome. If you read this Adam and company, give me a call. I’d like to talk again.”

“Everyone was extremely sweet over the phone up until the day of the move. They gave us a window of 9am-11am, we pre-moved everything into the garage and basically did the move for them, 11am rolls around and nobody showed up so we call and they tell us the boss needed to talk to the workers but they’re on their way. Noon rolls around and nobody, so we call. We got hung up on and a sassy remarks. Called the boss and he said “sorry what do you want me to do about it?” Horrible horrible service on the day of and now we are stuck trying to move with no movers. Awesome.”
