“ My mother hired this company two months ago to move her large furniture from one location in the valley to another. She trusted them because they advertised to be firefighters and showed very good reviews online. When they showed up they were very kind and courteous, loaded the truck quickly but when she examined her furniture upon being placed in her home every piece of furniture was damaged! There were marks from the straps that they used to carry the furniture scratches and dents in everything! She called me late that evening when she went to make her bed and they neglected to secure the boards on her platform bed causing the mattress to fall all the way through to the floor. When she tried to get a hold of Ryan it took him several hours to call her back. By that time I had already taken care of her to give her a place to sleep that night. She reached out to Ryan to let him know that her furniture was damaged and after several attempts he finally asked her to fill out a claim form. The form appeared to be homemade but she did it expeditiously, returned it to him and has heard nothing in the past month. I've made several attempts to leave him a message and. Phone him to see if we can come to some sort of a resolution and he refuses to call me back! I would never use this company!”
