“ We contacted Todd around 2 to 3 weeks to schedule our in house move with a specific date because we had people driving in to get the furniture and had to be on that date, which I conveyed to him. We scheduled. My first red flag should have been when he texted me to change my day so he could accommodate someone else. I explained that we had that date and couldn’t change so he dropped us. He did call back and agreed to come but was going to have to come twice and was charging us more. We were in a bind and had to agree. His other client fell through later so he did call us and come as scheduled. Be sure to read the fine print carefully. While there, they broke our glass, an expensive bedside table from Europe. Apologized and took it to be repaired. Since it could not be repaired I understood it would be replaced. Well when he found out how expensive it was, he offered to pay half. When I didn’t agree he had his associate call and explain that they were only responsible for 30 cent per pound and doing me a huge favor by offering to pay half. It has now been 2 months and I am tired of dealing with them so I agree, very disgruntled. Now 3 months later I still haven’t received the money and no response. I guess we just got taken. The main reason we chose them over other companies, who were a good deal less, was he asked me do you want cheap or quality? We are professionals and take care of your property. Well, I certainly did not get what we paid for. Buyer Beware!!!”
