“ Titan Moving has done several moves for me over the past 3 years, including a couple of out-of-state moves, and they were all done very well but the most recent move was probably the most impressive. I had an unusually large amount of things to move in one day, in fact it seemed almost impossible, but Cameron and Ryan did it, and they even made it look easy. They handled everything with the utmost professionalism, and they remained polite and upbeat throughout. This was no ordinary move, as it required extra skills including the ability to plan and strategize, very quickly, exactly how to organize a very large amount of things. Most movers would have been either scared away or physically exhausted by such a huge project, but it was no match for Cameron and Ryan, who knew exactly what to do and how to do it. These 2 fellows each did the work of 10 men, and they did it flawlessly. They literally saved the day, I don't know what I would have done without their expertise. Clearly they have the experience to know how to tackle any task, no matter how daunting it may seem, and their attitude was always positive throughout the entire day, and it took all day. They are worth their weight in gold. A friend of mine observed the whole move throughout the entire day and we both wholeheartedly recommend Cameron and Ryan for any move. These 2 men are outstanding, they do not hesitate to go above and beyond, whatever it takes to accomplish the best and finest job humanly possible.”

“ I hired them to move a safe from a ‘big box’ store on the west side of Wichita to my home. When the crew arrived at the retailer, they were extremely rude to the store staff and, per the store manager, had to be asked to leave once the crew retrieved the safe due to their egregious behavior. The crew delivers the safe to my home, and upon arriving, noticed the safe was damaged. I called the retailer and they told me to have the safe returned. The crew took it upon themselves, without my knowledge or consent, to call the other retailer in Wichita and were allegedly told the retailer had a safe in stock. The crew arrived at the other store only to find out there was no safe in stock. Their egregious behavior was the same towards the employees at this store. The crew finally arrived at the first store where I was waiting for them and the safe to be returned, I might add 1.5 hours late due to their errors. In the end, I still had to pay almost $500 for a $250 job. Do not hire this company!! ***** UPDATE **** I received a call from the General Manager of Titan and they have rectified this situation. The General Manager was compassionate and extremely kind and empathetic regarding this situation! For that I have changed the review from negative to positive.”

“ We've moved three times in the last two years and this was the worst experience - we had better luck finding a random crew of guys off Craigslist to unload a U-Haul. We were quoted for four guys for six hours. They showed up an hour late with only three (they did call me the morning of to say one guy called out sick). Not even 30 minutes in one of the guys left for two hours for an eye appointment and when he came back he didn't do any work; he just hung out by the truck making phone calls and eventually they sent him home. Since we only had two guys instead of a four man crew our move time went from 9a-3p to 10a-midnight. They still charged us for a 9am arrival and for the two hours the one guy disappeared. They also charged us the disposal fee for all the tape and wrapping that they left in our garage. I don't know if our stuff was intentionally taken either, but one of the guys was telling us about his dog breeding business and we had a brand new 60-lb bag of expensive specialty dog food go missing. A lot of our stuff was also severely scratched up and damaged. When I called to tell them about our experience I was told the general manager would call me and that it was unacceptable. I never did get a phone call, but they sent me a refund for the disposal fee and only one hour of labor for one guy. We spent several hundred more than the initial quote plus ended up with an EXTREMELY long day due to their incompetence.”
