“ I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and the day of they decide to call me and tell me that they would be seven hours late. When the movers finally got there they were tired and irritated because it was the end of the day for them. This was just to move 2 dressers from the garage to the second floor. I had told the company well in advance that it was oversize extra heavy dressers but the moving men apparently didn't get the memo and complained how the schedulers never tell them anything. They were in such a rush that they initially weren't even going to wrap anything until I said something to them. They were annoyed trying to get the dressers up the two flights of stairs and were in such a rush that they hit the ceiling light and almost broke it. then they charged me an extra half an hour of travel time. And when I said something to them they just waved it off but I'm pretty sure it's because it took them an extra 15 minutes to get into my housing complex because they brought an unnecessarily extra large ginormous moving truck which didn't fit through the front entrance according to them so they had to go around the back through the construction entrance and I don't really believe that because if the construction entrance didn't exist I'm pretty sure that other moving trucks could get in and it's obviously not my problem that they decided to bring a big moving truck for an in-house move. Also the travel time with the truck is significantly slower so I'm sure I was charged for that too. Sent an email about this but nobody bothered to call me back or offer any type of apology. Unprofessional. And on a sidenote they were huffing and puffing so much moving the furniture that they kept removing their masks which is also gross.”

“ Thompson’s Moving Inc is the absolute right choice if you need someone to move you. I called two moving companies in the Baltimore metro area. One gave me a price over the phone. Another came to my house and gave me a higher price and told me they do not move pianos. These companies added more stress to the monumental task before me. Then I found Thompson’s Moving Inc! My first contact was by telephone with Jamie Thompson. Right away I felt I was talking with someone who knew what I needed to make the big move and how they could make it happen. Jamie’s “can do” attitude and the belief and confidence in Thompson’s Moving she conveyed put a smile on my face. I realized I had found THE RIGHT MOVER. It gave me great joy to deal with a Harford County company. Tom Thompson came to my house to estimate my cost.
