The movers said they can't fit all the stuff and said to book an another appointment and the cost however when I reached the company they gave me a different price and talked as if they don't own the movers they sent and said the movers can't tell me the price. If I know the price for the second move is high, I would have them move big stuff and not the small stuff as I can carry them by myself. They are your employees!!! You can disown what they said!!!!!!!”

The movers showed up at least 2 hours late, little to no communication, went overtime which is a higher charge and couldn't fit all of our items in the truck that was recommended by Kim, so our items were left in the apartment. They said for the few items left over they would charge double. Next day they said the movers would come take the rest but still charged about half and if it went over we would have to pay. This could've been avoided and held us back with all of our work. Overall it's Absolutely awful; AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.”

I HAD TWO TRUCKS AND FOUR MOVERS. IT TOOK THEM OVER SIX HOURS FOR A 10 X 20 STORAGE UNIT AND STILL COULDN'T FIT EVERYTHING INTO BOTH TRUCKS. THEY LEFT A LOT OF ITEMS IN THE UNIT. THEY LIED TO ME AND SAID WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND WOULD FIT INTO A CAR, WRONG. THEY OVERCHARGED AND UNDERWORKED. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS EITHER, BROKEN, SCRATCHED, OR MISSING PARTS. WALLS WERE DAMAGED IN MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. I AM PRETTY SURE THAT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT WERE LEFT ARE FAMILY AND FRIENDS BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING GREAT ABOUT THIS MOVING COMPANY.”
