They requested pictures of all of the damaged items, so let's see how getting money for our mirror goes. We are patiently waiting to be compensated for our destroyed items. “ Movers showed up 45 min late. Took approximately 6 hours to move from 3 bedroom house to 2 bedroom apartment less than a mile away. Got into a very nasty argument with my new property manager and maintenance manager bc they told the movers to move the truck as it was blocking handicap parking. I was mortified. Furniture damaged. Mess left at my previous address with promise to clean it up, submitted a claim and haven't heard back. Left the mattresses at my old property and then tried to blame it on me bc I didn't check behind them. Would not recommend to anyone. Inexpensive yet I still paid too much.”

“ I wish i had read all the bad reviews before booking. Booked them to move a threadmill, quoted between 500 - 1000 pounds, they said 2 guys was enough, long story short they couldn’t get it through the door, they dropped it 4 times on the computer pannel, they ran over the electric cable with the machine and stripped it, after they gave up on trying to get the machine in as it was too heavy for two guys ( although it was on the contract stating how much it weighs) they left it on my driveway for me to figure out as they rain got ready to come in. Tried plugging it in with an extension cord and the machine doesnt work anymore. The movers are not expirienced and had no idea what they were doing, they called their boss Jay whos solution was for me to leave the movers in my house while i went to go get a tarp to cover the machine, like really Jay? Thats what you want me to do? Moral of the story never book movers without reading all the crappy reviews they have.”
