We were quoted a cost of almost $2000 to move which I thought was a fair price and when it was all over it was closer to $3000. Also, after unpacking all our stuff we noticed that some items were missing. Initially it was a missing vacuum cleaner valued at about $300 but it turned out to be more than just a vacuum cleaner was missing. After speaking to Damien about the vacuum cleaner he said he'd get back to me and he is not a man of his word as he hasn't. Stay away from this company as they are not to be trusted.”

They still beat their competitors by about $200-$500! Mike and Tristan wrapped my stuff and took great care of my furniture. I have not had the same experience elsewhere! “ Worst mover I ever hired. They did not communicate well at all. They ruined several of my items, not to mention they lost all of the bolts that hold my bed together. They promised they would get me replacement parts, but after several calls there was no response and no credit. And they overcharged me from what was quoted. And the receipt they give you is bogus. It only shows the total amount, there is no breakdown of the cost. What a scam. Stay far away from these movers. I guess now I will be filing a complaint with the AZ attorney generals office.”

“ Issues happen during a move and delays expected. I had to make multiple calls to find out the status of when the move will take place. When I called the 9th time, I found out the movers where on their way and had to rush to my storage area. The guys moving did a good job to being careful, some dings here and there along with a few items they were not able to fit onto the truck. The worse part was at 6pm Damien called expecting payment. That was not cool, my whole day was stressful enough with the delays in moving. Damien did discount the move, but then informed me that there would be contingency to damage in the furniture or damage to the walls in our brand new home. In the end, I feel I didn’t get any respect, courtesy or support a customer should receive from a professional moving company. I hope this is a learning experience for this company.”
