Not sure when it occurred, but found the broken foot in the wrapping when we took them off in the house. The guys, though they were told to stay out of the mud, tracked it all over the floors. If the driver had not put protection down on the entry, they would have ruined it. They were not uncaring, just inexperienced. Moving is a hard job. This wasn't awful, but could have been better.”
