“ The movers Drew and Mike were very friendly and fast. However, when I reported damaged items a week later, the company told me they were not responsible for items they did not pack. That is NOT what the Agreement Form I signed said. I agreed and initialed a form which stated I would be reimbursed .60 on the dollar for damaged items. After sending photos of the broken vases and damaged art work, they are now offering a $50 check for items worth over $500 and are claiming they are not responsible if they don’t pack it...hmmm. I guess even if you get it in writing, they can change the rules?! Very disappointing!”

I had most of the items needing moved wrapped pretty good, but they added additional wrap for further protection of my items. Both guys were very nice and respectful and the way they had their truck organized, told me that they take pride in their work.
