They called me the night before to confirm my location and to get a good time to start the move and all that was fine and ok but the next day there was a hang up with the U-haul place so I texted them and informed them that I would be 20 mins late. No response. So I sent a 2nd text asking for an ETA. No response. Ok so I decided to just get my U- haul back to my apartment and maybe they would be there. Nope no one was there. waited until 1130. We were originally scheduled to start at 1100 am and I called. Straight into voicemail. Called the number U-haul provided. Got some random dude in Alabama who had no idea what was going on. Sent several more texts and called both numbers to no avail. Was able to get my money back from U-haul but if it wasn't for my friend whose trip got cancelled I would have been screwed 3 ways from Tuesday standing around with an empty U-haul and an apartment full of my stuff. Don't trust these jerks and wish I could give no Stars.”
