“ These people are incredible! First, they helped downsize my father's apartment for a move to a care facility where he would only have one room. KAREN is a magician! She managed to find a place for everything that he really wanted to take with him. Karen is a puzzle queen! Their organizational skills and planning turned what I had anticipated to be a nightmare into a smooth running process. The packers were efficient, thorough, and treated all items as if they were their grandparents. The "muscle men'' were extremely careful as they moved around in the apartment carrying and wheeling everything out. AND the whole crew dealt so very respectfully, and patiently with an 89yr man with Alzheimer's "supervising" and watching the process. Due to the pandemic the movie happened in 3 stages. Day 1, pack everything but his bed and a couple days of clothes. Day 2, move everything to the new facility except his bed. Then Karen set his room up, as close to his apartment bedroom arrangement as she could. She had taken pics to keep things as familiar as she could for Dad. Day 3, they moved his bed while my sister and I took him to breakfast and had a good visit. Meanwhile, Karen was back in his room making his bed and putting finishing touches on his new abode. He was so happy to see all his favorite art glass, framed artwork, and figurines! NOTHING was broken, scratched, or otherwise messed up. After they did all this....the guys drove an hour west of town to take items to my house, and pick up a piano to take back to Dad's new residence. Again, nothing broken, scratched, or dented. These people are consummate professionals, in my opinion. I have used them again since that move, and I will continue to use them when I need their services. Thank you KATHY in the office, KAREN the organizational queen, the packing crew, and the "muscle men" SEAN and STEPHEN. I know there were 1 or 2 other "muscle men", but unfortunately I didn't get their names. The whole crew was outstanding! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
