“ Called Red's several times and spoke with a lady in the office about moving us. Each time we were told to check their schedule/books, talk to the owners and get back to us. I want to say there were 5 to 6 calls and we were told this each time and never heard back from anyone. Our fault for giving them so many chances however, if they did not want our business they should have just told us. In the end we are glad they are not helping because if they treat potential customers this way, imagine what they would do with your belongings. I would NOT recommend them or give them one star but I had to in order to post this. I will spread the word for others to not use them!!”

“ Almost every single piece of our furniture was damaged or dirty after they packed it. They put a metal fire pit on the very top of all our furniture. Needless to say it scratched many other items and spread black ash over everything. Breakable items were shoved between extremely heavy items. I could go on and on. It was horrible. The only reason I gave one star was because they came last minute and we’re friendly and worked hard. Just turns out they did a horrible packing job.”
