“ We used Professional Moving and Storage for a move in August, 2019. They owner and his son came to our home and provided a quote of $1,500 based on this visit. We changed the moving day but had flexibility on our moving date. We were not told there would be a problem. On moving day the movers arrived and said this should have been a two day move. We, and the movers, had to endure a 13 hour day of moving in 97 degree heat. The move was not finished until after 10 p.m. The movers and my husband and I were exhausted. One of the dining room chairs to our very expensive dining set was broken and as it cannot be replaced we are now out of a chair. The insurance was not fully explained to us. The final insult was we received a bill over $1,000 more than the quote. I cannot recommend this company.”
