“ The move was a horrendous experience. The crew damaged our furniture, floorboards, home, and personal items. They did not place pads around many of the door entryways resulting in significant damage to our furniture. Part of their job was to perform some basic assembly on furniture at our new home, which resulted in them having to stay over later than anticipated to fix, because they put one of the furniture pieces together backwards. In addition, they installed a handle on the inside of a door panel to another piece of furniture, which I corrected for them the following morning. They also left many items at our former home, which we had to haul ourselves, on multiple trips, back to our new home. The owner promised he would have his furniture repairman reach out to fix our furniture and door entryways damaged by his crew, but it has been a week and we haven’t heard from them specifically on when he will be coming out. The crew also damaged a picture frame and the owner has yet to offer recourse for the floorboards. When we brought these issues to the attention of the owner, he became very rude and hostile toward us. I would not recommend using this company for moving services.”
