But the guys from Petrolino Moves, they were phenomenal! Dave, Jose and Fernando exceeded my expectations. We just moved again yesterday, 8/31/19, and they arrived on time and ready to go. Brought materials with them to wrap up and protect our furniture and TVs so they wouldn't get scuffed up during the move. They handled our belongings like you would your own. They were very organized with how they packed the truck ( the most impressive packing skills I've ever seen). They were professional in every aspect of this process which was very stressful on my family and I. They unloaded everything in the new house and even helped put some of the bigger furniture back together for us! “ David, Marlon and the team are amazing. Our first interaction was David personally coming to our home to discuss our move. I interviewed about eight other moving companies and chose Petrolino. His personal service made the difference. We had a particularly complicated move with many changes. David responded with each change with the utmost kindness and in the most professional way. On the day of the move Marlon and his team arrived within the window agreed upon. One of the major changes they adapted to was our stuff had to go into a storage space for some period of time. They came prepared covering all furniture with pads, wrapping them in boxes, then wrapping black plastic the protect it from the elements. They treated our household goods with care. Once we got to the storage unit there was condensation in the unit and, (of course) the storage place had no other options, nor did we at that point. We had already put tarps on the floor, but what could we do with the ceiling? My husband and the Petrolino team decided tie tarps to the ceiling hoping to deflect and condensation away form our stuff. They took the extra time to tie tarps up as they moved across the storage locker. They really went above and beyond. I recommend them and will use them to move again when my next place is ready. You will not be disappointed.”
