“ This was the worst move experience I’ve used them multiple times and the first couple times were great. This last time the movers were very young and seemed inexperienced. They did not have masks as I was told when I set up the move. He said one guy has asthma ok are face shields not provided. During the move they also went to the wrong location which took about 25 minutes instead of the manager Jason correcting the issue( i think he took 10 minutes off my time) he said received a third guy for free. The third guy didn’t make much of a difference there was a lot of standing around. You lost a loyal customer Pearson.”

“ Two men arrived on time to move my various boxes of nonsense to a storage unit. The first man, Justin, tall and strong walked in followed by a shorter more nimble man, Derek, ready to work. Justin was able to control the masses of boxes with his brute strength and combat experience while Derek quickly tip toed around with grace at the speed of light to get my boxes loaded in the truck. “ Worst moving experience of my life. I reserved 3 guys for four hours. I was quoted a little over 700 bucks. (I know that is just an estimate.) I was prepared to go a little over 4 hours. They sent 3 young guys. Very courteous by the way. however, I had my husband call very early because we still hadn't had the code to get in the new place. They told my husband not to worry because we could just let them load up and send them on a lunch. He made absolutely no mention that we would be charged 50% of the hourly rate while they went to lunch. So, they got the truck packed up. We still didn't have the code. They told us we would need to make 2 trips anyway and by the way there was still room in the truck. So I sent them to lunch. About an hour and a half goes by and I finally get the code. Drive over to the new place, open it up, and text them hey I'm in were good to go. I wait and wait... finally I call. I'm like hey I don't know if you saw my message I got the code. They say okay we're on the way. I get a text about 10 minutes later, maybe a little longer and the guy said they will be there in 20 minutes. I called them at 12:10 they got to the new place at 12:38. Okay no problem. I wasn't in a rush. These guys were doing great everything was moving nicely. They pull up and start unloading. My favorite piece of furniture gets broken. Then one of the guys had a big load of boxes all stacked up in his arms and the top box of the stack marked fragile was dropped. It had something sentimental in it. I know they have you sign a contract that they aren't liable...anyways...they finish unloading. I'm pretty stressed out at this point. They are ready to go back to the other house to get the rest, and I just say no that fine thanks for your time. They stop the time. Total is 900 and something. My husband tips 89 because he's not aware of the horror I had been experiencing nor did he know I had to make them stop because it was getting too stressful still with a house of stuff to get over there. . Anyway when they get back to the other house because that is where my husband was and had to pay he pays that total plus the tip. Then they say they got a call from management saying there is s 317 left to pay. My husband still pays that unknowing what had happened and what was left. So a little over 1300 bucks and my 4br house is still only a little more than halfway done. I still have to rent another tuck to do the rest myself. They broke my stuff. So he calls the moment he gets off work. They refund him 270 bucks. It was 179 an hour. They got there at 7:30am. Went to lunch at around 10 something left for 2 hours and came back and unloaded starting at 12:38- 2:37...one of the guys even said the went a little off track for lunch...they still charged me for it. I'm so upset. Also...I had to ask several times for one of the guys to wear his mask in the house. Many times he came in the house with the mask under his chin.. I even wore a mask. I made my kids play outside the entire time because grandma has a compromised immune system.”
