“ IF I could give this company negative ratings I would in a heart beat, the workers showed up 4 hours late, never called, we were ready to get someone else. They showed up never said they were sorry or offered a reason. Husband spoke to the owner, Oscar, husband was quoted $75/hr., he was told that they would assist with the packing, they lied, they refused, The workers demanded that I go out to the garage area, and stood and stared while they demanded that I repack and retape boxes. They told us they would bring packing supplies, and never did. One of the two workers leaned the whole time, talking on his phone, barely lifting a finger to work. We have a no smoking policy, one of the workers smoked the whole time while they were unpacking the truck. There is also a matter of the fact that they charged us not the $75.00/hour but they charged us for gas that they did not use and charged us double what we were quoted, we are talking several hundred dollars more. They acted all put out that they had to move more than just boxes. They never even packed out Televisions, which they were told to do. We also had a Golden egg Bar-B-que. It is all ceramic. and quite large, they ignored me. They did not even have to move any couches, oversized chairs, dressers or wall units. The movers moved an antique sewing machine, they never secured anything. When the opened the doors boxes were falling all over the place, and the antique sewing machine was toppled over. What a nightmare. I feel like I have been raped. I hope others will read this before using this company. We feel stupid as we forgot to check with Yelp first.”
