Jack Jr (I believe is in charge of the "crew") was available via phone and I was able to talk to him the day of the job. There were a couple of us ladies all trying to "get our hands in the clay" but it was evident that these 3 guys knew exactly what they were to do. “ The packing portion of the move appeared OK. However several items were never received. There was several hundred dollars of damage. That would have been reasonable, though we would expect to be reimbursed. The labels on the boxes were often inaccurate resulting in hours of unpacking and extra work for us. We placed 3 calls to the company after the move and NEVER received a call back. Their movers were a mixed bag of experienced and inexperienced. Several complained they worked for low wages and relied on tips. Our bill for the move and packing was over $9,000. I would expect better from a local company. Appears business is overwhelming them. Sorry your explanation is flawed. My wife a couple weeks after the move sent photos of missing items and a letter. The date was January 10. Over 15 pictures of missing or damaged items were sent. There was no response. To this day we are discovering additional items missing. This was a large move and it has taken time to sort and open all the boxes.”

“ I was overcharged for my move. They agreed to repay the overcharge of $300 in 2 payments. However, one of the checks was returned for insufficient funds. I also had several items that were missing. It appeared that some items were removed while my boxes were in storage . They refused to take responsibility for any missing items. My adjustable bed was put together haphazardly and doesn’t work properly. On the scheduled date of my move, they called at 9 a.m. to let me know they would not deliver as promised. I had to find a place to stay for another day. They delivered the following day but didn’t arrive till after 2:30 pm. I do not recommend this mover.”
