“ If I could give them -10 stars I would. The guys barely looked at me, they were rude and dismissive. I contracted with Let's Help Movers and they sent New Age Movers. I was assured they would have mattress covers and padding - they had nothing but a filthy truck. They completely ruined my brand new $1000 mattress - it is covered in grease, dirt, fingerprints. My new wooden bed frame is damaged. The boxes marked FRAGILE were tossed around with no care. This was a simple move from a studio to a storage unit - of which they just shoved everything into without any care. It makes me sick that they couldn't even get this simple move right. AWFUL. I am trying to resolve with Let's Help Movers as to why they sent these movers and get some recourse on my ruined items. Completely unacceptable. Do NOT use them.”
