After the movers were done, my daughter noticed the bear was missing. I called the company and they found the bear in the trailer. “ I am impressed with this company. They answered the phone every time I called. They had open communication with me throughout the process. They completed the job (almost) as promised, despite an unfortunate mistake. By the time I called Muscle Men, I had tried two other safe movers, but they didn't even bother calling me back, or answer the phone during business hours. That these guys were so good at communicating is to their credit. I called them to move a large gun safe for me. We agreed on a day and price. When they took the safe out of the home, it unfortunately took a tumble on concrete, causing some cosmetic damage. They called me when it happened, and apologized, and offered to complete the move at no cost, and to reimburse me for damages. I accepted the offer, but because the safe still functions perfectly, I have no damages I need reimbursed. I didn't buy the safe for its appearance, I bought it to keep valuables safe. When they delivered the safe, they only put it in my garage. They said that I needed to make an appointment to move it to its intended destination within the house. This is where they lost a star on the rating. I made an appointment with them more than a day in advance, but for some reason, they did not complete the move that day. At that point, I expected to never hear from them again because there was no money to be made from completing the move. To my surprise, they came through on a later date, moving the safe to its destination without damaging anything else. I believe that this company values honesty and making things right, which are the most important values to me. Because of that, I feel like I can trust them. With a little better planning and execution, I see them becoming the local leaders in their sector.”

“ BEWARE!!!!! They moved our furniture from Ogden to Fielding (about 40 miles) on 3/12. It seemed all was going as expected. When they were unloading, I found that my 65 inch Samsung TV was broken. I can understand that things happen. The mover (Jesse) said they would take care of replacing the TV and wrote on the invoice that they had broken it. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT BAD. Initially, their office person (Tori) acted like she wanted to get this resolved. She doesn't answer the phone every day and I found that if I did not initiate the call, another day would go by. We did this dance for over 2 weeks. She sent me a text on 4/1 at 10:28 am stating her boss was willing to pay a fraction of what the TV was worth. I replied immediately with a counter offer to which she said she would let the owner know and get back to me ASAP. ASAP implies a sense of urgency, however, I did not hear back from her that day. The next morning I sent a text to her saying I was getting frustrated with the lack of action and wanted it to be resolved today. This is the message I received on 4/2 from her "I told you ASAP, I am not trying to dodge this situation. My boss wasn't at the office yesterday. I let them know what you had said. I will get back to you ASAP." OK, really?? this is customer service?? So I waited and waited, and waited some more. Finally, on 4/6, I sent my final text to her again saying this needed to be resolved and letting her know if it was not, I would contact the BBB, give them a negative review (which I am doing right now) and seek legal action. To date 4/12, I have not received a response from her. BOTTOM LINE: IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE, DO NOT EXPECT THEY WILL COMPENSATE YOU FOR IT!!”

“ I booked with muscle men movers weeks in advance and also called the day before our appointment to confirm. They had us booked at the wrong time but I got it fixed. The day of the move it was over an hour that nobody showed up. I had been trying to call during this whole time leaving voice-mails and not getting a hold of anyone. When I finally did, she had no clue what was going on and said she'd call them and see what was going on and call me back. Over half an hour later I had to call her back to get an update. They were still almost an hour out from being available to come move our house. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. The girl on the phone really didn't seem bothered by much of this situation. If you have small children and pets and are trying to pack and move you know how stressful it can all be. We are very unimpressed with this company and how it's run. Fortunately we were able to find an amazing moving company to come rescue us.”

“ I hired Muscle Man Movers to move my Liberty Safe from my old home to my new home. They damaged my stairs at my old home and then when they got to my new home they put deep scratches on my wood floor (71 inches of deep scratches!) and damaged my safe (There are 20 + large deep dents and scratches on the safe.) The safe looks like someone took a hammer to it and beat it up! I have attempted to contact Muscle Man Movers several times to follow up and they continue to push me off and not file a claim. I estimate they have caused $10k + worth of damage to my home and safety!”
