My boxes were picked up at my home in Arizona on March 10, 2021, went to Las Vegas, sat there and were finally delivered to me on April 3, 2021. Never did I receive updates as to the status of my move, I.e., when they would arrive in Delaware. When the truck arrived in Delaware I was told that I needed to pay more money. I had NOT received a copy of the form I signed while in Arizona which agreed to this. I feel I was deceived and would never recommend this company to anyone.”

They arrived exactly on time, texted me with updates of parking and eta, wore masks throughout, and were very polite and gentle with our things. We moved from a condo and they accommodated the distance without any issues. The four gentlemen that arrived were so impressive with their ability to lift heavy things and maneuver them easily into the small elevator in our building and keep a good humor and professional demeanor from start to finish. They wrapped our mattress fully and set it on clean blankets carefully in their truck, which we appreciated since it's brand new. They were wonderful - and only one thing was broken in the move which was entirely my fault - I didn't wrap the stem on one of the wine glasses properly so it snapped. And again - that was my fault 100%. So that being said, nothing broke on their watch and we couldn't have been happier with them.”

“ Worst experience ever, in my many years of moving. It’s been now 30 days since my items were picked up and I have not yet received. The back and forth with customer service is insane and every week gets pushed delivery for another week. Before choosing to book with them, please read the contract in detail before signing anything and that means before even booking with them as they will not show the contract until they are picking your items up and as what they state verbally is VERY different on what is written in the fine line. I just pray I get my stuff in this lifetime, intact and not broken or stolen. I will never use this company again and unfortunately it is my fault for not following my gut in the first place and paying a little more money for another company I used in my past that was phenomenal and I got my belongings in a week and half across country.”

I have been dealing with this issue for almost a year now and they will not help me. They made me file a claim and only wanted to give me $230 back for all of the items lost or stolen not to mention the items that were damaged. This has been a nightmare and although they say they are going to help they never do. They said they recovered my AC unit but have been holding it hostage since August and now wont give me any information when I ask when it will be sent back. PLEASE BE INCREDIBLY CAUTIOUS DESPITE THE GOOD REVIEWS!!!”
