“ I will start off by saying Crispin was amazing. If it wasn't for him I would have asked for a different crew. He packed up our items with care. He actually treated our items with care and treated me with respect. He took time to pack them correctly and the boxes that he packed had no broken items. Know that if Crispin is sent to your home for packing or loading he will make sure you home and items are cared for. He is the reason they are getting any sort of stars, if I was basing my review off of just his work it would be a 5 star review. Now on to why I gave them such a low review. The crew member that was with his was extremely disrespectful of not only my home, but of myself. He worked in a manner that left items broken, unpacking was disorganized because he did not keep items together based off of the rooms they came out of. A few of the items (mostly glass) that he packed up were broken upon receiving at our new home. He broke part of the gate we had on the stair case. He immediately called his company to tell them what he had done. I was told to order the pieces needed to be able to use the gate again and I would be reimbursed for their cost. When I called the company they told me they normally need to go through TSP for things like this. However, we did not have time to wait for the process of someone to have it looked at determine the damage and have them fix/order parts, as our house was sold and being given to the new home owners the next week. The gentleman I talked to on the phone said he would make an exception in this case because of the situation. It's been 4 months and I still have not been reimbursed, and probably never will be. At one point the guy packing my home was so disrespectful to me I had to leave my own home because of the words he was using and how he was making fun of me during a very stressful time. If it wasn't for the fact they were almost done for the day I would have kicked him out right then and there because that was not the first time he was disrespectful to me. He was constantly talking negative about his co-workers and company and I found that extremely disrespectful as he would not be discussing those issues with a client. While this is a mixed reviews I overall would not recommend this company based off of this one employee. I will give 100% praise to Crispin for handling the situation the way he did. If you do use this company please make sure to ask that he is the one there to pack your home, he will make sure that it is done correctly.”
