“ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I waited two days before writing this review, so my anger would subside, and I could write a thoughtful, helpful review. MLoad Moving was a disaster for me. It was VERY EXPENSIVE ($832 for 4.5 hrs, and that was supposed to be a discount because I was so upset!) * The office manager, Mary, estimated 2.5 to 3 hours for my move. There was no living room furniture, no dining room furniture, only the following: one bed, One desk one TV stand, one standing mirror, and approximately 50 boxes. No appliances! Almost from the start one of the two movers complained that my Book boxes were too heavy. Every time he did, I said yes, books are heavy, that's why I hired movers. It was extremely hot, and my new apartment is on the second floor. All of this was discussed when I placed my order for service. When they had "finished", the truck was about 1/2 to 2/3 full. The older man, who was the complainer, said they were ready to go, did I have anything else? I said yes, these boxes on the floor. He said no we've already tied off your things, and those boxes are open, we can't take them. This man was clearly not physically fit for the job. When they got to my apartment, he complained again to my daughter, that my boxes were too heavy. When he did it yet again to me when I arrived, I lost my temper, and told him he should get another line of work. Two days later, after my Internet was activated, I discovered that my TV was damaged in the move, and now projects only half the screen. I am livid. This cost me over $800, and we still had to make several trips on our own To transport the things these movers left behind. If you want honest, reliable, physically fit movers, who take good care of your things, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.”
