“ I called and asked if they pack storage units and they said yes and so I made my appointment for the following week @ 9am. That morning they texted saying the worker that was part of the team coming to my house hurt their finger and they had to push me back until 1pm. Ok, fine. At 1246 they texted they're still not done and want to come the next morning, so we agree on 10am. At 1026 they texted they're waiting for the person to come in so they can leave. I'm thinking they were supposed to be here a half an hour ago. By this time I'm highly upset as they are unprofessional. I call at 11am to speak to a supervisor and no one answers so I send a text to the number that texted me telling them I didn't need their service. Never heard back from any of them. Is this a company you would want to hire? HORRIBLE negative stars deserved.”
