“ This was the 3rd time I have used Low Budget Movers and I am very happy to say I will always use them. Pete & JD arrived right on time and had my home in Ahwatukee loaded up in no time. We then went to 2 storage units nearby and the truck was completely full. The final destination was in Fountain Hills and we ran into an obstacle. The home is a new build and the driveway was not yet paved and it is very steep. JD & Pete brainstormed with us to find a solution. We had a flatbed trailer that we used to unload the contents from the truck onto, then drove the load up to the house and unloaded it again. This took 8 trips back and forth to unload the truck. Pete & JD kept a great attitude and made the move happen. We have one more move to make into the Fountain HIlls home and called up Low Budget Movers and requested JD & Pete for that move. “ I had a company all setup to move my daughter. They called and confirmed a day ahead of time for a 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. pickup. At 1:30 I called and they informed me they were backed up and would get to me between 5 and 7 p.m. I informed them that that was not acceptable. My daughter needed to be out the next day. I called many many many companies and when I called Low Budget the man on the phone (Justin) said we can do it the next day Friday pickup around noon I mentioned earlier would be better if you can make that happen. The next day Friday came and I drove into work at 9 a.m. I got a call from the moving team and they said they can be there in an hour, I said I'm coming from Goodyear and it will take some time to get to Mesa, the man said no problem drive safe and we will see you when you get here. (Now at this point i'm thinking whoa now this is what customer service is all about, me being a business owner for 30 + years in Phoenix). The 2 man team (Ledarius & Javell) were absolutely superb! I had to babysit the door so my pets didn’t get out. The little guy was nice and polite. The bigger dude rude rude rude . I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.”

Not only do they show up without masks to be safe around customers, with an attitude about wearing them, play loud rap music when unloading while the other Bro hangs out in the truck, doing whatever, charge you for a job that could have been 1/2 of what it was, they rush you at the end, force you to sign off on their waiver for damages; and then help themselves to some of your possessions. Nice! Oh and 3 days later, my bank card was compromised and had fraud charges for video games. BEWARE! They are NOT Low Budget either.”

“ PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Being a person to avoid confrontation I did not call and complain. I was told that the movers were capable of disassembling and then reassembling furniture, when they arrived that was not the case, they said they did not do any of that & that they had no tools. I was told they would come between 8-9, they showed up at 745 started working at 8 am and were done at 911 and I was charged for 2 hours of work when only 1 hour was done. I understand the 2 hr minimum, the workers could have done more work. The 2 gentlemen were not rude. It's just unfortunate that I paid 300$ for someone to basically move my washer and dryer. They did not take apart beds or move the small dressers so now I have to hire someone else to move beds that I already paid for to be moved. I’m livid. It was a complete waste of money. Please save your money and go to Vet Ops or somewhere else.”

They clearly went in the bag because after the move we both parted ways. When I returned to my new residence my back door was open and my black bag was gone. I know it was them because no one else helped me move that day. I do remember one guy being named matt. Big fella with a beard. They said they knew nothing about it, said they would ask and they never got back to me and stopped answering my calls.”

When moving was finished, one of the movers was trying to take 20 minutes off and they were stuck with my couch. They put the manager,Brain, on the phone for me but he was extremely rude. He wouldn’t even let me finish my words and literally yelled at me. I didn’t want to complain about my damage (since I fixed them all by myself because I never got a response from them) till I received the worst customer service from BRIAN.”
