“ I recently moved and was recommended Love’s Moving by a coworker. I had the worst experience. Billy was extremely rude. I tipped $30 dollars on day one and $40 on day 2 and wish I would have saved my money. They took apart my beds on day 1, moved them and left without putting them back together on day 2. I had NO idea how they went together bc I didn’t take them apart. The first bed had the hardware wrapped to the frame, thankfully. The second, had nothing. I just spent $32 at Ace Hardware for the hardware to put the bed together. It had to be rigged because Ashley furniture has specialized hardware. I can’t believe they took it apart and left without putting it back together. Even worse, I am mad at myself for letting them leave without addressing that. Worst of all, I was completely underwhelmed by the pissed off attitudes our movers had. I will never use Love’s again. ALSO- my child’s full size bed is now completely banged up, with the paneling separating from the bed. Which it wasn’t, after being originally installed by Nebraska Furniture Mart. Lastly, they were 1.5 hours late day 1 and 1 hour late day 2. Oh, icing on the cake, they chipped the paint from my door frame for about 3 feet down. They said it was from my sofa. Yeah, obviously. But you guys claim to not ruin property and I have a door frame AND a bed ruined. Thanks.”
