They confirmed with us to come at 3pm and then told us they were delayed by two hours which we were okay with because we really needed to move out. It was 6pm and they said they needed extra time, 7:30 pm they cancelled. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I don’t understand why they confirmed and kept changing the time. If they can’t commit, it’s very easy to just say no since the beginning. We had to sleep on the floor in the new place. Please use another company!”

“ Would rate 0 but I can't. they are useless and disappointing. They were supposed to come and help me move. I had to reach out to them to confirm the appointment, to which they said I was confirmed and ready. The appointment was set for 10 am. At 10:03 I called to have them let me know when they'd be arriving and there was no response. Just so you know-- if you call it sends you an auto text message to tell them what's going on. Called about 10:30 to verify they were coming since I still had not received a call or a text and to let them know if they are going to be late, that is 100% ok but to communicate. I truly did not mind them being late. I understood and am reasonable, what was unacceptable was the lack of communication and no further contact. I have still not been messaged and am having to move all by myself due to everything being of such late notice. Honestly skip this company and do not bother trying to work with them. There were no bad reviews for this company so I thought I'd hire them but because of this I am making sure everyone knows how this company deals. Please Light Brothers, do not bother commenting on this review and instead save your apology and do what you confirm and say that you are going to do. Don't be flakes Light Brothers.”
