“ Called in to request a quote after receiving a post card in the mail. Gentleman on the phone spoke to me as if I was a child and had no idea how to move. I understand you have a business to run but overcharging clients and refusing to be flexible with your rates (it'll take about an hour to load my very small home, I'm not paying for 3). When I stated I was seeking quotes from other companies, the rude attitude got worse. Buyer beware with this company. Do your research and don't let them tell you they know best when they've had zero contact with you.”

“ I did not have a great experience with this company unfortunately. I hired Patrick and his crew based solely on Patricks professionalism and promise that he would have an amazing crew and would treat us and our items great. Unfortunately 4 out of the 5 guys were angry the whole day and at the end were complaining to my husband of their pay from the company, think to get a bigger tip. The worst part Is they broke MANY items. All the boxes that I had detailed description of "do not stack" "very fragile" were all stacked and most of the items were all broken inside, including heirlooms which was the worst. There were other items broken as well that weren't in boxes. They left the house we were moving out of in not the best condition, I had to stay and clean up (and 6 months pregnant at the time). I wish I had a better experience as I did like Patrick... I did call him to tell him of my disappoint and all the broken items but unfortunately no reconciliation has happened. I wish they would have done something for the bad experience.”
