“ WORST COMPANY EVER!!! The initial interaction from Vickie was amazing, promising a senior discount for my mom and no deposit. We were stoked with a days notice we were able to find an opening anywhere. The guys called for directions; which I provided and should have been there within a minute from the time the call disconnected. I called them back and they were driving the complete opposite way. They were so slow and kept taking a million smoke breaks. Not only that it took 7 hours and we moved almost everything to the outside for them to load quickly. Then we got to our storage unit to unload and it was horrible. My husband and I were pushing cart after cart of my moms stuff inside because it was taking forever. At one point I had to go into the truck and start unloading myself. The guys were so unprofessional, cursing and talking trash about my mom in front of my husband. When confronted they were not apologetic. He then became hostile with my mom,which is so unacceptable. At one point he even thought it was okay to call me baby......Ummm I don't think so. My husband was afraid these men were going to do horrible things to me if left alone. They dropped irreplaceable items. He demanded money and the truck was only 1/4 unloaded. We had to stay on them because of the excessive smoke breaks. Finally when we were leaving he backed up and almost hit me with the truck. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!”

“ Hired this company to move my family. Showed up 25 minutes late smoking in a raggedy truck. (The owner said its' not raggedy but why were they smoking in it then?) Never any attempt at PPE or any COVID safety. Continued to smoke in the truck with our stuff loaded. Worked at an extremely slow pace then at 4:45 told us they probably couldn't finish. Said one of the crew members wasn't feeling well, and I asked why he was working during the pandemic. At which point one of the crew members snapped back "He's gotta earn a living." Had to beg to get the rest of my items delivered that day. Then they hit us with the bill... We paid over $1000 for this fiasco. The owner said she didn't believe any of my accusations about the smoking but if you scroll through these reviews you'll see other similar complaints. PLEASE CALL A REAL MOVING COMPANY, this is not one.”
