“ I am so disappointed in the Companies customer service its completely unacceptable, Jose and Rafla do not have a clue what they are doing and were rude and disrespectful calling me and my mother out side of are names cussing at us and destroying our brand new furniture, we had to get the police involved. The manager Robert is completely unprofessional cussing at my mom in text messages and over the phone, the scratched up all of our brand new furniture and put our brand new mattresses in the dirty road, Sad that the youngest Alex was the only one doing his job and not being disrespectful, for them to treat my mother the way they did is completely unacceptable my mother has a chronic illness and hired them because she cannot move stuff on her own not to mention they tried to scam us.”

“ As a small business owner myself, it's unfortunate I have to write this bad review. This company took advantage of the situation knowing I was not there to assist with my grandmother's move. Robert gave hourly quote $110/hr with 3 guys back in November and we shook hands at that time. I thought he was an honest small business owner like myself. Well, today only 2 showed up and charged for flat rate of 8 hours at time of arrival, cash only and up front. Robert showed up a couple hours later and started helping so they could finish the move under the 8 hours and keep the extra cash. When I called and spoke with Robert, he would not negotiate any refund when the moving time was clearly to complete hours earlier than 8 and said they would now take their time to cover the 8 hours that was paid up front in cash. Won't recommend this company to anyone I value as friend or family, nor ever use them again.”
