Last week, while still unpacking and organizing, I realized that I am missing a fire pit that was brand new, in the box, never been opened. I know for a fact that it was placed on the truck from the house I moved out of but apparently never made it to my new residence. Since last week, I have placed 3 calls to Guardian, left 2 messages and sent an email specifying the reason for my call. I will have not received a call back. I certainly would hate to accuse someone of stealing but being that I haven't received a call back is suspect. I don't plan on moving again but if I do I certainly won't be using this company for the simple fact of their lack of follow up with my missing fire pit. I will be generous and give them a few more days before I contact the BBB and maybe even local law enforcement to report a theft.”
