“ Used them for moving in January. I had a very small apartment of stuff to move and most of the time it went well. The only issue I had was one of the movers talked too much to his buddy. Since he wasn't paying attention, he banged my office chair against the stairwell wall and cracked the leg, holdin the wheel canister. It wasn't as simple as just changing the canister, since I realized a crack formed in the hardware on the chair. The replacement wheel would always fall out, and after I recently decided I wanted to avoid a fall, the chair would need to be replaced. This chair was purchased in March 2018 and worked perfectly. Now I have to get a new chair, have it delivered, and assembled. I suggest you coach your employees to just focus on their moving jobs and keep their mouths shut while moving our items. If he had stayed focused and wasn't always running his mouth, he would not have banged into the stairwell wall, cracking the wheel base of my office chair.”

He was very informative and set everything up about a month in advance. The week before the move I went to their office and picked up a bunch of boxes and moving supplies, the majority of which was refundable. The guys in the office were very helpful in helping to load everything into my car. On the day of the move, the truck showed up right on time. The two movers were courteous, efficient and respectful of us and our stuff. We needed to make a stop at our storage unit to pick up more items, and when it looked like they were going to run out of room in the truck, they arranged to have a second truck come to get the rest at a discounted rate. At the house, the movers put everything exactly where we wanted and were again extremely efficient.
