I’m tired of reaching out to them with no response. Moved within same apartment complex and they still charged $125. Trip fee. Not happy with their service after the sale. Hope they contact me this week. I’ll have to hire attorney to get my items replaced/ repaired. The movers kept complaining that I needed 3 movers but the receptionist told me to hire 2. “ COO Mike from Get Moving Home and Office confirmed me on the scheduled on May 5th. for moving date(5/30/20)guaranteeing that my service would include: Show up time between 8am-10am, disabling, load to truck, unload to new location, unload items and reassemble in the rooms assigned. I scheduled a carpet cleaning company from 11am-1pm to allow plenty of time for the movers to get things packed and loaded. Movers arrived at 3pm, causing the items to be disassembled and taken to the garage and hallway by the carpet guys and cleaning company (at my expense) in order to do their job. Guys only mentioned that their first service call entailed moving items from 2floor to 5 floor via elevator and was a lot of work. These guys were exhausted by the time they got here! Even though items were at easy access, movers took longer than the 3 hours I was guaranteed this job would be completed and left a room worth of items behind.(Mind you, this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home). I was promised once 11pm hit at the drop off address that they would return to the home today (5/31/20 @ 6am) to pick up the rest of the items and bring the items to new location to also bring items to new home.. THEY left the furniture in garage and living room to return today and move them upstairs (office and master bedroom). They left without notice. Now, I am told via text that they are not sending a truck and to figure it out... This is unacceptable. I slept on the floor to not cause any delays. I offered them water, let them take breaks, send them off with meals at the end of the night for a service I paid for and was not completed!!! This is so unfair and not right! I hired them due to their good reviews on Google and Groupon. I cannot fit my dinning table in my car or the big miscellaneous items that I paid to have moved. I do not own a dolly to move all the furniture upstairs. Now they are ignoring my calls leaving me to move the furniture on my own. Pictures showing proof available. *5/31/20- I need them to hold to their contract and complete the job, refund me the money or expect a lawsuit. DO NOT HIRE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF GETTING CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY.”

The person who provided a quote over the phone was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided an accurate estimate of time and number of movers needed that I could trust rely on.
