“ The folks at Ford Transfer & Storage were so great to work with it's hard to say enough good about them. We needed to move from WA state to Idaho. First, their prices were faaaar better than national interstate moving companies. There was no comparison. Second, their customer service was excellent. They were flexible in setting up a skype call to estimate the weight of our furniture and boxes, they were very workable handling multiple change requests from us (can we add such-and-such, do you move vehicles, can we change the date, etc.), and really customizing the job to our needs. The guys (Ethan, Christian, and Kelsey) they sent to WA to load us were very professional and thoughtful. They did an excellent job wrapping the furniture we didn't get to before their arrival. They knew a trick about the stand on our TV I didn't know even though I'd moved it a half dozen times before. They were masters of making everything safely fit in the trailer and truck. When it came time to unload in Idaho, they sent a bigger crew - all guys that were good to work with. They never made us feel like we were asking a lot or being "too picky" when we made specific requests about how things were unloaded or where they were placed. In other words, they treated us very well. The office staff were upbeat, responsive and courteous. Overall a really great experience. We will definitely use them again if we need a moving company.”

“ Beware. Read this first, then ask yourself do you value your property? I met Kelesy as he was contracted to deliver a household shipment from California to Kansas he seemed to be a decent, honest and hard working guy. So I asked if he would be interested in transporting two cars and the rest of my household goods and storing for a few months. He was unable to do the drive himself so he sent another driver and that’s where everything went south. He sent an inexperienced diver and he totaled one car (35k) and caused 10k in damage to the other car scratched and damaged furniture, knocked a hole in the wall in the new house, and stole car parts, gun parts and magazines. After I confronted Kelesy about the missing stuff, Kelesy had this to say, “ I got what what I paid for.” Really I lost a fully built show car, and the other car will never be the same, but I got what I paid for. I would not recommend this Business if this is how they handle their clients' property.”
