“ We used these movers when we moved from Atlanta to Waukesha about five years ago. The deal was three movers for two hours to unload the truck. It only took two hours to load in Atlanta and, since loading is harder than unloading, this should have been more than enough time. The two boys worked hard, but were clearly inexperienced. One was very young (14ish) and the other did not understand English. The owner (who was apparently one of the three movers) didn't do much - slid boxes to the boys, picked up small items, etc. I stopped the process and renegotiated on the spot because they were clearly not capable of doing the work that would would expect of a "professional" moving company. We made it work, but I would never recommend them. Also, the owner accidentally charged my credit card too much money. Not really becoming of the name "five star."”

“ Never hire them again, initially quoted me 3-4 hrs of job, i told upfront that i live in 1800+ sq ft area and most of the furniture stuff, but still they send 16ft truck so they can charge me twice for the same move. The movers came with out any packing material when i ask them to get the material they started calling the owner, he came after 45 minutes with the tape. The whole move took north of 8 hrs, movers struggle to disassemble crib bed. A move which should be done in $500/- end up paying $800/- for.”

“ Asked for a quote thru Yelp on a Sun and didn't expect to hear anything until Monday but within about 30 min I had a quote from Isaac! Isaac likes everything to be emailed - number of rooms, anything to assemble, how many boxes, the address, etc. Got a call the day before (Memorial Day) confirming my appt the next day for 9:30-10 a.m. 6/1. I was extremely pleased that the guys (Alex and Robert) showed up at 9:10 a.m. These guys are super awesome to work with - professional, quick, very friendly, and seemed happy to be doing a job I would absolutely loathe (that's why I always hire movers!). I usually expect some scuffs on furniture during a move - not one! I have a couch that has a great deal of sentimental value to me and I told Robert and Alex that was the only thing I cared about not scuffing - they understood and handled it with kid gloves! I've had movers that I've had to tell to stay off their cell phones and let's get moving - not these guys! If they did check their phones I never noticed - they were constantly moving. Totally worth the money and will use them again!”
