“ First the bad news. I had a 1030 appointment that got rescheduled twice on moving day due to employee issues. The move didn't start until 3:00 P.M. Fortunately, it was a small move. All the items were wrapped in blankets and loaded safely. At the drop off location, unloading was done quickly. They even had to bring a sofa in through a window! The final price was at the top of the range they had quoted me and no adjustment was made to accommodate me for the inconvenience. What should have been finished by lunch time took all day to complete. Stressful.”

“ Pretty much everything was great except that they showed up over 2 hours late. They were in touch with me about the delay, the first issue was that they had to pick someone else up and the second was that the truck broke down and they had to get a new one. I know things happen but moving is always a long day and it was extended by more than 2 hours for us. Once they arrived, they took longer than expected to load the truck but they did a thorough job taking inventory and wrapping everything to protect it. They got to the new location (about 2 hours away) in decent time and everything was then unloaded safely with nothing broken or damaged. I was annoyed at the start, but once they arrived everything was smooth. The rates were also reasonable compared to other moving companies. I was hoping for a small discount because of the major delay, but did not receive one. Overall, I would recommend them but they need to insure everything is set and all their equipment is in good working condition before the move because if the truck broke down between locations with all our stuff on it, that would have been a disaster. The movers themselves were professional and friendly.”

They brought up all the of pads, bands, tape and plastic wrap to protect our belongings. They ensured everything went down the stairs carefully.
